45 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 45–75 years, regardless of sex; (2) Unilateral severe carotid artery stenosis (stenosis= 85%); (3) MRI evidence of no severe cerebral infarcts or white matter demyelination; (4) Cerebral perfusion insufficiency on the side of carotid artery stenosis proved by carotid ultrasound,TCD,CTP,MRI-ALS; (5) Willing to join and provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Can't or not allowed for PET/CT examination; (2) Combined with other central nervous system diseases; (3) Combined with systemic diseases affecting metabolism of Aß, including severe severe liver or kidney dysfunction.
