20 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 20 - 60 years old, BMI 18 = 26 kg/m 2,ASA grade I or II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with any disease of following will be excluded: abnormal liver and kidney function, metabolic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, hyperthyroidism, history of chronic pain, history of opioid addiction, history of mental illness and cognitive dysfunction.
