Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) ungraded women aged 13-35 years; (2) those who meet the criteria for diagnosis of primary dysmenorrhea; (3) basic regularity of menstrual cycle (28 ± 7) days; (4) Women who signed informed consent; (5) Patients with a mean pain visual analogue scale (VAS) > 2 for 3 consecutive menstrual cycles.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) secondary dysmenorrhea caused by pelvic inflammation, endometriosis, uterine fibroids and other diseases or other factors was confirmed by b-ultrasound and gynecological examination; (2) pregnant, pre-pregnant or lactating women; (3) patients with cardiovascular, liver, kidney, hematopoietic and other serious primary diseases and mental patients; (4) ongoing treatment for dysmenorrhea; (5) combined with medical history and other examinations, it was diagnosed as other suspected diseases; (6) knowledge of acupuncture and moxibustion; (7) take any painkillers within 24h before the treatment intervention.
