18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 18~65 years old; 2) confirmed diagnosis of sudden hearing loss and tinnitus according to guidelines; 3) disease course of no longer than 3 weeks and haven't received any medical intervention; 4) willing to participate and sign consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) presence of outer and middle ear disease(s); 2) presence of contraindication(s) to medicines involved in intervention strategies; 3) presence of severe hepatic, renal, cerebral or cardiovascular disease(s); 4) presence of psychiatric or any other disorder(s) compromising treatment or evaluation; 5) female with breast-feeding or possibility or confirmed pregnancy; 6) involved in any other clinical study during past 3 months; 7) unable or unwilling to cooperate during follow-ups.
