Perioperative central nervous system complications

Interventions

Dexmedetomidine group:During the operation, dexmedetomidine was given continuous infusion according to the weight, and the infusion was stopped 30min before the end of the operation.
control group:During the operation, the saline group was given the same amount of saline for the same time, and the infusion method was the same as that of the dexmedetomidine group.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Voluntary subjects signed informed consent; 2. Age over 65; 3. Non-cardiac, non-transplant and non-neurosurgery patients who are scheduled to undergo general anesthesia; 4. Cardiac function grade I-III (NYHA standard), ASA grade I-III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. MoCA score < 26; 2. History of traumatic brain injury; 3. The assessment cannot be completed in accordance with the requirements of the scale; 4. Those who have participated in other clinical trials.
