Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 20 to 40 years old, singleton gestation, term birth >37 weeks gestation and absence of serious medical complications for mother or childwithout history of pelvic organ prolapsed or urinary incontinence, without genital tract infection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Mothers history of pelvic floor surgery, mothers history of chronic cough or constipation, miscarriage after gestational week 16, cesarean section, instrument assisted vaginal delivery, delivery with more than second-degree laceration, mothers body mass index more than 30 or less than 18.5, the length of second stage more than 90 minutes, infant birth weight more than 4000 gram or less than 2500 gram.
