Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 30 years old male and female living in Harbin Medical University Community; 2. Have normal liver and kidney function(ALT, AST, AST/ALT, Cre, UA, BUN); 3. Have normal level of blood lipid (TCHO,TG, HDL-C,LDL-C); 4. Fully understood the nature of the study, and voluntarily participates and signs informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a history of surgery or other serious traumatic; 2. Have an acute, chronic or infectious disease; 3. Anemia (male Hb5h per week.
