17 Years to 42 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients voluntarily participate in this study and sign an informed consent form; 2. Healthy,singleton pregnant women who will get combined spinal-epidural labor analgesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have colds or fevers ( >= 38 degrees C) or with infectious diseases. 2. Patients use antibiotics or antipyretic or NSAID or glucocorticoids within 24 hours before CSE. 3. Patients who have accidental dural puncture. 4. Patients with total stage of labor less than three hours or induction of labor in the second trimester. 5. Patients who are allergic to ropivacaine or sufentanil.
