Sex/Gender
Male

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients who had unstable DRFs because of marked dorsal comminution, angular deformity exceeding 20 or redisplacement after previous satisfactory reduction

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: open fractures, postoperative follow-up time of less than 12 months and the age<50
