Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) The age of the participants ranged from 20 to 80 years, and the BMI was within the normal range (male: 20-25 female: 19-24); (2) Meet the diagnostic criteria of idiopathic macular hole (3) Laboratory examiners: normal blood routine, urine routine, liver and kidney function, and normal electrocardiogram, can tolerate vitrectomy. (4) has good compliance and can be followed up as required.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Under the age of 20 or over 80; (2) With severe retinal detachment or choroidal detachment; (3) Complicated with other internal eye diseases, such as glaucoma, uveitis, severe cataract, optic nerve diseases, etc. (4) Complicated with other complications such as serious cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver and hematopoietic diseases; (5) Pregnant or lactating women; (6) Any mental diseases; (5) With cardio-cerebrovascular complications, recent traumatic, surgical or malignant tumors; (6) With acute infection and autoimmune diseases; (7) With other history of posterior segment surgery; (8) allergy to fluorescein sodium skin test, and fluorescein fundus fluorescein angiography is unfeasible.
