Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Immunologic tolerance group: HBV DNA>1.0e5IU, normal liver function; (2) Mild chronic Hepatitis B group: HBsAg positive, 2UNL40%; (3) HBV related liver cirrhosis group (compensatory and decompensated) : HBsAg positive, imaging or histopathological diagnosis of cirrhosis (compensatory, decompensated); (4) HBV related acute-on-chronic liver failure group: HBsAg positive, PTA less than 40%, TBIL more than 10ULN.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria included combined with other hepatotropic virus infections; diabetes mellitus, autoimmune disease, alcoholic liver disease, fatty liver disease, drug-induced liver disease, genetic metabolic liver disease, hemolytic disease, malignant tumor, muscle disease, etc.; pregnant and lactating women, or combined with other organ failure (heart failure, renal failure, ARDS respiratory failure).
