Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The diagnosis of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) was based on the presence of a hypertrophied myocardial wall (usually =15 mm in adults or the equivalent relative to body surface area in children), as identified by echocardiography, and the absence of other cardiac or systemic diseases that cause hypertrophy, in accordance with the European Society of Cardiology (ESC) Guidelines on diagnosis and management of HCM.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffered from other cardiac diseases that can lead to hypertrophy, such as hypertension; 2. Patient has a extremely bad condition and can not tolerate the operation.
