Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 20~40 years old; refractive state: spherical equivalent= -6.0D and stable;anterior chamber depth =2.8mm; corneal endothelial cell count =2000/mm2; normal intraocular pressure.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: spherical equivalent< -6.0D; anterior chamber depth<2.8mm;corneal endothelial cell count <2000/mm2; eye diseases: such as corneal abnormalities, glaucoma, uveitis, macular degeneration; history of eye surgery
