Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 18-60 years old; ASA III grade; preoperative examination of liver and kidney function, electrolytes, blood routine, blood coagulation are normal; ECG and chest X There is no abnormality in the film.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Mental retardation or mental illness can not be combined with treatment; patients with cardiovascular history and cardiovascular drugs, grade III or higher cardiac function; slow arrhythmia (sinus bradycardia, left bundle branch block, III degree room) Ventricular block); abnormal liver and kidney function; history of alcohol or drug addiction; serious heart, lung, brain disease; with history of hypertension, diabetes.
