Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged less than 70 years, Karnofsky score higher than 80; (2) Postoperative histologically confirmed adenocarcinoma of the stomach; (3)One of the three situations: Received R1 or R2 operation; Received D0 or D1 operation, T3-4 or conformed metastasis in perigastric lymph nodes according to AJCC 8th staging; Received R0 and D2 operation, postoperative histologically conformed metastasis in perigastric lymph nodes; (4) Informed consent signed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Pregnant or lactating women; (2) Previous malignancy within 5 years; (3) Uncontrolled epilepsy, central nervous system disorders, or history of mental disorders; (4) Severe active heart diseases; (5) History of Organ transplantation who requires immunosuppressive therapy; (6) Severe recurrent active infection existed; (7) Other serious uncontrolled comorbidities.
