Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: healthy middle school students who are willing to participant in the research
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The subjects were given screening questionnaires and were examined by rehabilitation therapists. The exclusion criteria were as follows: 1. History of spine fracture, spine-related surgery, shoulder joint motion injury, pelvis-related injury or definitive diagnosis of spine-related diseases (such as cauda equina syndrome, lumbar disc herniation, spinal stenosis, congenital scoliosis, idiopathic scoliosis, etc.); 2. Pain in the spine in the past month; 3. Acute spine-related injuries in the past month; 4. Limb fracture, joint trauma and other phenomena in the past month; 5. Structural kyphosis with obvious structural abnormalities; 6. Positive Adams flexion test (to exclude possible scoliosis); 7. Anomalous kyphosis with thoracic deformity.
