18 Years to 79 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-79 years; 2. Patients undergoing intercostal single-port thoracoscopic single lobectomy; 3. ASA I-II; 4. FEV1=70%; 5. Voluntary participation and signing of informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Infection at the puncture site; 2. BMI>40; 3. Allergic to local anesthetics; 4. Severe heart disease, renal insufficiency; 5. Neuromotor disorder or mental illness.
