Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. During 2019.03 - 2020.02, in-patient or out-patient of Longhu Hospital, First Affiliated Hospital of Shantou University Medical College; 2. Aged = 65 years; 3. Signed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Coronary heart disease, central nervous system diseases (including stroke, Parkinson's disease, subdural hematoma, hydrocephalus, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis and brain tumor), mental disorders (such as schizophrenia and bipolar affective disorder), and heart failure within 6 months before recruitment; 2. Diabetes history for more than 5 years; 3. Placing cardiac pacemakers; 4. Severe physical disability; 5. Those who cannot participate in the investigation independently.
