2:endobronchial intubation assisted by macintosh laryngoscope

18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: General lobectomy; ASAI-III; Aged 18-70 years; Expected normal airways.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Expected difficult airways; 2. Postoperative intubation or tracheotomy needed; 3. Gastroesophageal reflux disease; 4. Chronic pharyngitis,sore throat;Hoarseness 5. Pregnancy.
