Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed as frozen shoulder, manifestation as shoulder pain with limited movement for more than 3 months; 2. Only one side with frozen shoulder; 3. Aged between 40 to 60 years; 4. Sign informed consent and complete the whole process of treatment and evaluation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of severe trauma; 2. Once received a shoulder surgery; 3. Be diagnosed as calcifying myositis, biceps longus tendinitis, shoulder osteoarthritis, rotator cuff tear or other shoulder diseases; 4. With cervical spondylosis, stroke and other neurological diseasesthat may affect shoulder joint; 5. Can not complete the treatment and assessment for other factors.
