Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged =18 years; 2. ASA level II-III; 3. Patients undergoing tracheal intubation under general anesthesia; 4. Patients with high risk of pulmonary complications according to ARISCAT score (> 26); 5. The postoperative hospitalization time is expected to exceed 24h.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. BMI > 30; 2. Heart and chest surgery; 3. Preoperative application of ventilator; 4. (1) Adams-Stokes syndrome; (2) Serious heart block, including II or III degree atrioventricular block, double bundle branch block; (3) Severe sinus node dysfunction. 5. Congestive heart failure, liver parenchymal damage (ALT or AST> twice normal), grade C cirrhosis of the child, severe renal failure, and respiratory failure; 6. Have a history of major seizures; 7. Have a history of local anesthetic allergy; 8. Steroid anti-inflammatory drugs were used 24 hours before surgery; 9. Pregnant women; 10. Refuse to participate in the test or sign the informed consent.
