Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status 13patients aged from 18 to 75 years, undergoing surgical procedures, requiring a right-side double lumen tube for one lung ventilation were included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Absence of thoracic computed tomography (CT) performed within one month before thoracic surgery; (2) Tumor of trachea and left main bronchus; (3) Vious distortion or compression of the tracheobronchial tree; (4) Anticipated difficult intubation (Mallampati score =3, thyromental distance <6 cm, interincisor distance <3 cm, and neck circumference more than 40 cm); (5) History of tracheotomy; (6) Motion artifact of the tracheobronchial tree; (7) Pre-existing sore throat or hoarseness.
