Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All healthy, single pregnant women who were willing to participate in the study and planned to have an elective cesarean section in west China second hospital, sichuan university at the gestational age of 37-41 weeks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Aortic stenosis, balloon antipulsation of the aortic valve in parturient women; with contraindications to epidural anesthesia
