Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients signed informed consent voluntarily and were informed of the project orally; 2. Chinese patients aged 18-70 years; 3. Electrocardiogram, blood routine, bleeding time, platelet count, prothrombin measurement, liver function test were normal, and no serious basic diseases; 4. Patients with polyps < 2cm in diameter and <5 in number examined by electronic colonoscopy and underwent high- frequency electric resection or EMR.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Anal and rectal stenosis, endoscope can not be inserted and anal and rectal with acute infection or painful lesions, such as anal fissure, perianal abscess; 2. Patients who were suspected perforation, intestinal fistula or extensive abdominal adhesion after abdominal cavity or pelvic surgery early. Patients with peritoneal irritation symptoms, such as intestinal perforation, peritonitis, etc.; 3. Menstruation, pregnancy women; 4. With heart-cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system serious primary diseases, mental disorders patients; 5. Patients with colorectal cancer and other malignant tumors; 6. Diabetic.
