18 Years to 46 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) at least 18 years old, male or female; (2) exceeding cutoff values on the Chinese version of Social Phobia Scale (SPS; Cutoff > 26) or the Social Interaction Anxiety Scale (SIAS; Cutoff >33) or having a SAD diagnosis according to the Chinese version of the Mini International Neuropsychiatric Interview(MINI); (3) computer literacy and good access to Internet during the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) comorbid diagnoses besides anxiety disorders, major depression and/or dysthymia on MINI; (2) reported risk of suicide (3) taking psychiatric medications in the past year (4) receiving psychological treatment in the past 6 months.
