Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. clinically and mycologically diagnosed onychomycosis for at least 1 year; 2. The Scoring Clinical Index of Onychomycosis (SCIO) 6-15 (grade II-IV).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. application of topical antifungal agents within the past 1 months; 2. application of systemic antifungal agents within the past 6 months; 3. other nail diseases, such as lichen planus, psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, subungual hematoma, nevoid formation and bacterial nail infection; 4. pregnancy or lactation; 5. photo-hypersensitivity.
