Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) single and full-term infant; (2) spontaneous labor; (3) mother and child living together; (4) mothers have no severe complications during pregnancy and childbirth; (5) consent to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. has changed the feeding patterns in past 1 month; 2. mothers or infants have ever had serious illness or chronic disease (e.g. endocrine disease depression and other mental disorders), or self-reported prescribed drug user.
