Case series:Intravitreal Ranibizumab injection

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Active PCV defined by the presence of branching network of choroidal vessels with terminating aneurysmal polypoidal lesions on ICGA at baseline; (2) Best corrected visual acuity (BCVA) of 20/400 or better; (3) Patients who received 3 monthly intravitreal injection of ranibizumab at baseline; (4) Follow-up evaluations made at 1 month and then every 1–3 months after treatment for a total of one year; (5) OCT examinations at every visit.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)Previous submacular surgery;(2)Previous anti-VEGF treatment.
