Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. TCM diagnosis is a stroke;CT/MRI examination is consistent with the diagnosis of western cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage; 2. The incidence is between 30 days and 180 days; 3. Aged = 18 years old; 4. First onset; Or in the past, there are no sequelae such as limb paralysis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subarachnoid hemorrhage, transient ischemic attack, or other intracranial lesions such as intracranial tumors, aneurysms, vascular malformations, cerebral cysticercosis, intracranial schistosomiasis, encephalitis, meningitis, hydrocephalus, traumatic brain sequelae; 2. Non-atherosclerotic thrombotic cerebral infarction (such as cardiac embolism, clotting state, endometrial shedding, arteritis, etc.); 3. The onset is less than 30 days or more than 180 days; 4. Before the occurrence of this cerebrovascular accident, patients with limb movement dysfunction caused by other causes (such as surgery, trauma or congenital disability).
