18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 18-65 years; (2) Patients with elective surgery undergoing mechanical ventilation under general anesthesia in supine position; (3) The time of anesthesia ventilation > 2h; (4) ASA I- II level; (5) BMI 18.5 to 28; (6) The patients agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent of anesthesia.;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Laparoscopic surgery; (2) Patients with pulmonary bullae or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; (3) Patients with unstable intraoperative circulation; (4) Patients with other severe diseases, such as brain, heart, lung, liver and kidney.
