Lidocaine group:4 mg/kg of 2% lidocaine administered by spray over the supraglottic, glottis, and subglottic areas
control group:Normal saline

0.5 Years to 12 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 6 months to 12 years; 2. Anesthesia plan: general anesthesia endotracheal intubation; 3. =2 perioperative risk factors for respiratory complications; 4. ASA class I to II; 5. BMI 18-30.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Heart and lung disease; 2. Liver and kidney dysfunction; 3. Neurological disease; 4. Airway or thoracic deformity; 5. Surgical site design respiratory; 6. Difficult intubation is expected; 7. Requirements or need preoperative use of sedatives; 8. Use postoperative analgesia pump; 9. Personal or familial history of allergies to local anesthetics; 10. Patients themselves or their guardians refused to attend the test or refuse to sign a consent form.
