Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients who need hip replacement in First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University and bone mineral density examination has been perfected before operation. There is no abnormality in blood test and an informed consent form is signed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with history of old fracture, tumor, local inflammation, tuberculosis and hereditary diseases
