Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 60 patients with diabetic ulcers who were admitted to the clinic from September 2018 to February 2018. 2. Diabetic foot ulcers were graded 2-4 according to Wagner lesions. Grade 2 had deep ulcer infections, often with soft tissue inflammation, no abscess. Or bone infection; grade 3 is a deep infection with bone tissue lesions or abscess; grade 4 is a bone defect, part of the toe, foot gangrene).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute complications of diabetes (such as ketoacidosis, hyperosmolar hyperglycemia, lactic acidosis); 2. Combined with severe heart, lung, liver, kidney, tumor, blood system can not tolerate surgery and anesthesia, 3. Spirit Diseases cannot be matched with doctors; 4. Autoimmune diseases or hormones, immunosuppressants; 5. Pregnant women, lactating women.
