Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 18 years to 65 years, male and female; (2) Graves' disease group: newly diagnosed patients with Graves' disease;Hashimoto thyroiditis with hyperthyroidism group: newly diagnosed hashimoto thyroiditis with hyperthyroidism patients;Control group: subjects with normal thyroid function and thyroid autoantibodies; (3) No anti-thyroid medication was taken before enrollment; (4) Willing to participate and cooperate with doctors to carry out the study, and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Three months using a variety of antibiotics for more than 3 days , used prebiotics, probiotics or lactic acid products within 4 weeks prior to enrollment; (2) Previous treatment with anti-thyroid drugs; (3) With a history of over 2 years of alcohol abuse,perennial smoking history; (4) Pregnancy or lactation; (5) Suspected or proven substance abuse; (6) Oral, respiratory and gastrointestinal diseases; (7) With a variety of metabolic diseases, such as obesity, lipid imbalance, body mass index >27, hypertension, diabetes, stones, various liver diseases etc.; (8) With other autoimmune diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, inflammatory bowel disease SLE etc.; (9) History of gastrointestinal surgery, or other recent surgical history; (10) Family history, history of mental illness, etc.; (11) The subjects are participating in other research projects; (12) The researchers believe that not suitable to participate in clinical trails or complete researchers.
