Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-65 years old, male or female; 2. For the first patient, the medical examination is clearly oral cancer; 3. tumor site: tongue, mouth, gums, buccal mucosa, hard palate, posterior molars; 4. Postoperative examination returns that the cervical lymph nodes have not metastasized; 5. Non-diabetic patients; 6. did not participate in other clinical trials (TPF induction chemotherapy, etc.); 7. Patients who voluntarily sign a consent form to participate in the program.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Without informed consent, not willing to participate in this project, unable to adhere to long-term medication, poor compliance and follow-up difficulties; 2. Kidney disease or renal insufficiency caused by cardiovascular failure, acute myocardial infarction and sepsis (eg serum creatinine level = 1.5 mg / dl (male), = 1.4 mg / dl (female) or abnormal creatinine clearance); 3. Vitamin B12, folate deficiency is not corrected; 4. Alcoholics; 5. Congestive heart failure requiring medication, and other serious cardiopulmonary disorders; 6. It is known to be allergic to metformin hydrochloride and any of the ingredients in this product.
