Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with a diagnosis of rectal polyps for the first time; (2) The diagnosis of all cases were confirmed by colonoscopy and pathological findings.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Age<18 years; (2) No total colonoscopy or no biopsy; (3) Inflammatory bowel disease; (4) History of resection of intestinal polyps; (5) History of resection of intestinal malignant tumor; (6) Rectal tumor; (7) Metastatic colon carcinoma; (8) Polyposis; (9) Nonpolyposis hereditary colon cancer syndrome.
