Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Between July 017 and June 2020, he was admitted to the second-grade hospital of Yangzhou City (Jiangsu Provincial People's Hospital, Yangzhou First People's Hospital, Yangzhou Jiangdu People's Hospital, Yizheng People's Hospital, Gaoyou Hospital, Baoying) County People's Hospital) is highly suspected of infected or infected patients. Sepsis1.0 group 1: meets the following two conditions: 1. body temperature > 38 degree C or 90 beats / min; 3. respiratory rate > 20 beats / min or arterial blood carbon dioxide partial pressure 12 × 10^9 or 4 × 10^9; 2 evidence of infection or highly suspected infection; 3 after 20ml/Kg fluid resuscitation, MAP = 65 mmHg and blood lactate >= 2 mmol/L, which is diagnosed as septic shock.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age <18 years old, trauma, epilepsy, cardiogenic pulmonary edema, stroke, active bleeding.
