Inclusion criteria: Young anesthesiologists in clinical practice

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Doctors who have suffered from psychiatric disorders; 2. Doctors who are taking psychotropic drugs; 3. Doctors who refuse to participate in recruitment.
