Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Conform to diagnostic criteria of western and Chinese medicine for psoriasis vulgaris 2. The subjects cant be selected, nor cant be omitted until the pre-designed number of cases is completed to ensure continuous cases 3. Volunteer to participate in case registration study and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Combined with serious systemic diseases, such as cardiovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system and other primary diseases 2. Severe mental illness. 3. Patients with poor compliance, inability to communicate and cant fill in the pre-designed registration information.
