Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed of 2-3 stage CKD with Creatinine Clearance rate of 30-90ml/min/1.73m2 by NKF-K/DOQI Clinical Practice Guideline were enrolled.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who had the following complications were excluded: malignant cancer, sever heart, liver, brain or other organs dysfunction, shock, dehydration and being receiving emergent dialysis or kidney replacement treatment, pregnant or lactating women, mental illness that cannot cooperate.
