Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult patients aged 18 years or older male and female; 2. The disease meets the surgical indications, no surgical contraindications, including severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, respiratory failure, mental disorders, etc.; 3. Patients undergoing open or laparoscopic partial hepatectomy; 4. Good general condition, Child grade A-B, with sufficient liver reserve function and residual liver volume.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Proton pump inhibitor contraindications: can not tolerate or allergic to PPI; 2. Preoperative treatment with PPI or H2R before surgery; 3. Preoperative diagnosis of peptic ulcer by endoscopy or other methods; 4. Preoperative gastrointestinal bleeding from any source (upper gastrointestinal bleeding and / or lower gastrointestinal bleeding) 5. Preoperative OB test is positive; 6. Long-term use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or anti-platelet drugs; 7. After the study was selected, the researcher was terminated due to changes in the treatment plan for various reasons (including sudden illness, etc.) of the doctor or patient.
