Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Invasive mechanical ventilation was performed for more than 24 h after oral surgery, and the patient aged 18 to 75 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Mechanical ventilation stopped within 24H, paraplegia, multiple organ failure.
