Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria were as follows: patients older than 18 yr scheduled for Thoracic and lumbar diseasese, mchanical ventilation under general anesthesia,BMI 15~30kg/m2ASA 1~3

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Arrhythmia; 2. Severe hypertension (grade 3, high risk); 3. Diabetes mellitus; 4. Preoperative pulmonary infection or complication with severe pulmonary disease or a history of lobectomy; 5. Other serious organ dysfunction: severe cardiac insufficiency (grade 2, obvious valve regurgitation, EF < 50%), liver insufficiency, renal insufficiency.
