Interventions

Control group:Stop using vasoactive drugs 12 hours after surgery
Group 1:Stop using vasoactive drugs after 90 minutes after surgery
Group 2:Stop using vasoactive drugs 3 hours after surgery
Group 3:Stop using vasoactive drugs after 6 hours

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Those who meet the above diagnostic criteria and are diagnosed as simple congenital heart disease patients with open heart surgery under cardiopulmonary bypass; (2) Aged > 2 months; (3) After evacuation of the ventilator, return to the CICU.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) combining cardiopulmonary genetic metabolic diseases and chromosomal diseases; (2) abnormal liver and kidney function before entering ICU (indicator> normal high limit 2 times); (3) Children who have symptoms of upper digestive tract activity, vomiting, diarrhea, and bloating before entering the ICU; (4) Preoperative cardiac color echo EF <50%.
