Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with primary glaucoma according to the expert consensus on diagnosis and treatment of primary glaucoma in China (2014); 2. Aged 18 to 85 years; 3. Failing to achieve the target intraocular pressure with progressive visual field damage and requiring surgical treatment; 4. The refractive interstitium was better and did not affect the examination; 5. Able to cooperate with the inspection and the operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Vascular disease, iridocyclitis, abnormal optic nerve atrophy, high myopia and other eye diseases affecting the examination results; 2. Eye surgery was performed previously; 3. Complicated with other systemic diseases affecting the test; 4. Those who are participating in other ophthalmological clinical trials.
