Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: There were 100 volunteers with abnormal coronary angiography in our hospital.100 cases of hypertension volunteers;100 healthy people. Aged 18-80 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cardiac insufficiency with severe water and sodium retention; 2. Acute heart failure attack; Has a history of allergies to iodine; 3. Within 3 months of acute myocardial infarction; 4. Coronary heart disease with diabetes; 5. Hypertension with diabetes; 6. Cerebral infarction.
