Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Including common bile duct stones, malignant biliary stricture, benign biliary stricture, chronic pancreatitis, SOD, unknown causes, patients with no signs of infection before surgery, no antibiotics, tumor patients did not give chemotherapy drugs. Two groups of patients were divided into postoperative high-risk PEP group (age 42.5±24.1 years) and postoperative PEP low-risk group (age 44.6±26.2 years). Diagnostic criteria for high-risk group: (1) difficult intubation (intubation time greater than 15 min or = 10 intubation unsuccessful); (2) guide wire repeatedly into the pancreatic duct (= 3 times); (3) guide wire pancreatic duct Occupation method, assisted bile duct intubation; (4) transthoracic sphincter incision; (5) large bile duct stones (= 2 cm), further stone removal after gravel removal; (6) contrast agent leads to pancreatic duct development; (7) sphincter dysfunction; (8) endoscopic sphincterotomy (EST)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Previous EST patients; (2) Patients with acute pancreatitis 2 weeks before surgery; (3) Preoperative serum amylase abnormalities or imaging examinations suggest abnormal pancreas; (4) Patients with signs of infection before surgery.
