18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Serum HBsAg positive more than 6 months; 2. Results of serum HSP90a; 3. Results of serum liver and kindy function; 4. Results of serum AFP; 5. Results of liver ultrasonography, CT or MRI.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Failure to provide complete demographic information, past disease history, current disease history and family history; 2. The interval between liver and kidney function and plasma HSP90alpha was more than one week; 3. Laboratory examination results not completed in West China Hospital; 4. Evidence of previous diagnosis and treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma; 5. Complicated with other tumors besides liver cancer, including lung cancer, breast cancer, ovarian cancer and colorectal cancer.
