Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. preoperative diagnosis of esophageal cancer and the fitting line of surgical treatment of patients.All patients with preoperative gastroscopy and pathological diagnosis of esophageal squamous cell carcinomas, and pathologic TNM stage does not exceed T3a; 2. the preoperative CT confirmed the feasibility of chest esophageal cancer effect a radical cure; 3. All of Surgical patient selec Neck anastomosis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients don't agree to be included in the object of study; 2. preoperative cardiopulmonary function merge, liver and kidney function, blood coagulation function obviously abnormal; 3. preoperative complicating acute infection, chronic inflammation, metabolism and endocrine diseases; 4. ASA sizing does not conform to the person (four-six levvel).
