18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Left main disease or proximal lesion of ostial left anterior descending , suitable for one-stent surgery; (2) Aged above 18 years; (3) Agreed to IVUS inspection; (4) Patients with coronary stent implantation indications, refused CABG surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: If one of the following conditions is present, the patient will be excluded from the study (1) The target lesion was restenosis after interventional therapy; (2) Patients with severe calcification lesions; (3) Left ventricular ejection fraction 40% or with severe heart failure symptoms; (4) Patients with severe renal impairment (creatinine >3.0mg/dl); (5) Have bleeding tendency, active peptic ulcer, recent cerebrovascular accidents and anti-platelet agents and anticoagulant treatment contraindications can not be anticoagulant patients; (6) Patients after heart transplantation or bypass surgery; (7) Has an allergic reaction to the following things, aspirin, clopidogrel, heparin, contrast agent.
